二、Method
做法
1.Mixtheporkshredswiththemarinadeandletstandforabout15minutes.Mixthesauceingredientsinasmallbowlandsetaside.
1.肉絲加入腌料靜置15分鐘。把醬汁原料混合備用。
2.Soaktheblackfungusandshredthinly.Finelychopginger,onionandpickledchilli.
2.木耳用清水泡好后切成絲。姜蒜和泡辣椒剁成末。
3.Heatupaskilletwithoil,addingpork.Stiruntilalmostcooked.Addinchoppedginger,onionandpickledchilliuntilfragrant.Addinblackfungus,bellpepperandcarrots.Pourinthepreparedsauce.Stiruntilwell-combinedanddishoff.
3.炒鍋中放適量油把肉絲炒至快熟,加入姜蒜末和泡椒末炒香。隨放木耳,青椒絲和胡蘿卜絲大火翻炒。倒入備好的醬汁,翻炒均勻后即可盛盤。
